Can I use my shed as a living space or tiny home?
Sheds are built as portable storage buildings, not dwellings. Plenty of customers do convert them, but a licensed contractor will need to modify the building to meet residential code. As a starting point, our buildings can still save you a lot compared to building from scratch.
Can my shed come with a finished interior (drywall, electrical, etc.)?
We don't offer interior finishing, but a general contractor can. Check your local regulations first.
How does delivery work?
Delivery and setup are free within 30 miles of our East Wenatchee lot. We'll talk through access and site prep with you before delivery day so everything goes smoothly.
Who do I talk to about an existing rental agreement?
Contact the rental company listed on your agreement for questions about payments or contract terms.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Claims for Old Hickory buildings can be filed at oldhickorybuildings.com/warranty-info-claims. Their warranty team will follow up with you directly, and we're always happy to help.
